From our first meeting She was able to provide me with the insight on what properties and locations would meet our needs. Her knowledge of the area was outstanding and led to the purchase of our dream home in a wonderful lakeside community.
She was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the process of preparing the house for market, and the selling process. Being out of state, Pam frequently recommended and met with contractors who were fixing the house. Her recommendations were stellar, and resulted in a complete overhaul of the house. Pam was always honest and thoughtful in her feedback, and it resulted in a successful sale transaction. Her advice, experience, and willingness to help will always be much appreciated.
She (the agent) told me exactly what I needed to do and had people ready to help me get the house fixed up when needed. Great job!
We never had to worry about anything. Pam showed her skill and integrity throughout the entire process. She made things as easy as possible and we very much appreciated how nice it was to not worry about the details.
Her knack for finding a gem is remarkable and I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
Both assured me that they would be able to handle the home search knowing that I lived out of state and wouldn't be able to physically be present. Well the first one ended after the second house I had emailed her about and she gave a very curt reply, "It's owned by the bank. What else do you want to know? " The second one ended due to me feeling that she was more concerned about what was the best deal for her. With Pam, from the very first time we talked, I felt at ease and confident that she would be able to find me a home. And she did within a few days after looking at just two homes. The first one didn't happen because of the program I was in and the HOA fees were out of range. But the second one is the one I got. And she's able to do it because she gets in tune with her clients wants and needs along with her knowledge of real estate, the Charlotte area, and anything else.
