About Pam Liner

Pam Liner moved to Lake Norman from Asheville, NC in 1988. Together with her husband she has built five houses and manages investment property for over two decades. Raising her two children in Mooresville, her roots are firmly planted in the community. Pam is a great resource for a variety of services during your real estate transaction. She is familiar with all that the Lake Norman area has to offer. She knows the area and is dedicated to finding you your perfect home.

Originally from FL, and having moved several times herself, Pam knows firsthand the stress that selling, building and relocating puts on individuals and families. She specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to residential and investment properties that exceed her client’s goals.

Pam is a methodical broker who assists new residents logically and step by step through the selling and buying process. Her goal is to minimize surprises and negotiate obstacles fairly for her clients. Pam is a great resource for a variety of services during your real estate transaction.
